Shipment Time

Our shipping time has 2 parts:

  1. Handling time: 2 – 5 business days,
  2. Delivery time: 3 – 7 days.

Normally, It takes about 10 days to arrive at your home.

Shipping Areas:

Our delivery services are currently only available to locations within the continental United States.

Overseas territories are excluded. Delivery in the following states is not supported: PR(Puerto Rico), HI(Hawaii), VI( Virgin Islands), AK(Alaska), GU(Guam), AA(Armed Forces America),  AE(Armed Forces), AP(Armed Forces Pacific), AS(American Samoa), MP( The Northern Mariana Islands).
.Please note: we currently DO NOT drop ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping Method

Normally we use FedEx and UPS. no contact(call) before delivery, they just leave the package in front of your house.

Free.

Order Tracking

After the goods are shipped, an order complete email will be sent to you. Please pay attention to checking your email. It will contain the tracking number and tracking websites if the order is tracked. you can also visit this page: order tracking.

Our warehouses will adhere to the national holiday schedule below:

New Year’s Day December 31, 2021-January 2, 2022

Received Damaged Product

There are two situations:
1. Damaged in transit. Please take photos before opening the package. If you need to claim compensation for damage, photos will be used as proof.
2. The problem with the bed itself. Although the beds we send out are all new, there is also a small defective rate. In this case, we will provide a free replacement or refund service. please check our Return Policy.

Received Incorrect Product

Please contact us by telling us the order number and the details you received. Once Customer Service confirms an item is incorrect, we will either refund you or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available).

Change Delivery Address

When an order has been processed for shipping by the warehouse but hasn’t left the warehouse, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your package has left the warehouse, This process will incur fees, and the costs of the fees will be based on the quotation given to us by the logistics. So please make sure that the mailing address to us is correct to avoid unnecessary costs, especially for customers who plan to move.
